1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk669 ("tk669", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://tk669.io and any associated mobile interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. tk669 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from use of the Platform in a prohibited territory.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To open a tk669 account, you must:

3 Account Management

3.1 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the tk669 Platform. The existence of multiple accounts associated with the same individual — identified by name, address, email address, phone number, device fingerprint, IP address, payment method, or any other identifier — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. tk669 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances or winnings held therein.

3.2 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. tk669 will never ask for your password through any channel. Any bets or transactions placed using your login credentials are deemed to have been authorised by you, regardless of whether you were actually the person placing them.

3.3 Account Information Accuracy

You must ensure that all information held on your account remains accurate and up to date at all times. Changes to your name, address, or contact details must be reported to our support team promptly. tk669 is not liable for any loss or delay caused by inaccurate account information provided by you.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. tk669 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of ৳200 per calendar month to inactive accounts, deducted from any remaining balance. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. Where the balance reaches zero, the account will be closed and any residual entitlement forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tk669 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment channels may be added or removed at tk669's discretion. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, however tk669 reserves the right to apply deposit limits to individual accounts for responsible gaming or compliance purposes. Deposit funds are typically credited to your account within 60 seconds of a successful mobile wallet transaction confirmation.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment channel from which the most recent deposit was received. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and KYC completion. tk669 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 60 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) business hours. Processing times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

tk669 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where:

• KYC documentation has not been provided or verified;

• The account is under any form of restriction or self-exclusion;

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

In the event of any conflict between a specific product rule and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the product rule expressly states otherwise.

5.2 Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are offered on a best-efforts basis. tk669 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with officially published results from the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent). In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result dispute, tk669's settlement decisions are final.

5.3 Live Casino Games

Live dealer games are provided in partnership with licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined in real time and are final once the round has concluded. Technical disconnections occurring after a bet has been placed and a round has commenced do not entitle the player to a refund. 5.4 Slot & RNG Games

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits while wagering, and time limits. 6.2 Wagering Requirements

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk669 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any other software to place bets or interact with the Platform without human input;
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion with other players, including sharing hand information in live card games;
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider information regarding the outcome of any sporting event;
• Depositing funds obtained through fraud, theft, or any other criminal activity;
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal recreational gambling;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with the Platform's technology, security, or intellectual property;
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or KYC verification;
• Registering or operating more than one account.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the tk669 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, images, graphics, and audio — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk669 or its licensed third-party suppliers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or publicly displayed without the prior written consent of tk669.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Platform using automated means.

9 Privacy & Data

10 Liability & Disclaimers

11 Suspension & Termination

11.1 Termination by Player

You may close your tk669 account at any time by contacting our support team. Closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours. Any remaining balance (subject to pending wagering requirements and KYC completion) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately.

11.2 Termination by tk669

tk669 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where: these Terms have been breached; fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity is detected; regulatory or compliance obligations require account closure; or the player has voluntarily self-excluded. In cases of fraudulent activity, tk669 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.

11.3 Survival

Sections relating to intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution shall survive the termination of these Terms and the closure of your account.

12 Amendments

tk669 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, tk669 will provide registered players with at least 7 days' notice via the registered email address or an in-platform notice. Non-material amendments (such as typographic corrections, clarifications, or additions that do not restrict player rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.

13 Governing Law
